Service Commitment


1.  In order to continuously improve the quality of Veaho spark plugs, serve our clients better according to “Three Guarantees.” For all following situations, our company is responsible for repair, replacement and compensation of faulty products.

1)  Any of the major specifications like size or ignition is incongruent with GB7825-87 Standard.

2)  For non-ignition under proper usage, i.e. vehicle model, calorific value, thread size, mounting adjustment and operation meet the requirements.

3)  Specifications, type or size of delivered spark plugs do not match with the order.

4)  Short of components like spacer, nut, etc. according to spark plugs standard and order requirements.

5)  For rusty spark plugs within 1 year after delivered from the factory, functioning well and keeping in normal store conditions.

6)  When you send back the “Three Guarantees” spark plugs back to us, please send back the broken spark plugs and product factory quality certificate together for analysis, disposal and improvement.

2. For following situation, our company is not responsible for “Three Guarantees.”

1) Spark plugs without Veaho brand label or being refitted or repaired by the end-user or other company.

2) Spark plugs broken by misusing, vehicle failure or other man-made, machinery or accidental reasons.

3) Spark plugs missed, defected or rusted by broken packages during transportation.

4) If customers do not send back the broken spark plugs together with product factory quality certificate, we are not responsible for “Three Guarantees” of the bought products.
